Prices Creek Viaduct. Railer Trailer Paul Atkinson took the photo to show "A
good example of the quality of the Rail Trail bridges!"
From Carol and Ray. The photo of the cloud formation was taken about 10km coming into Hyde. Our previous stop had been Ranfurly. We had met up with someone who told us that they were taking people off the trail as the winds about 3kms from Hyde were gale force and the trail was not cyclable, so we had to push our bikes into the wind.
From Carol and Ray. This was the our first viaduct, that we came to after leaving Alexandra
From Carol and Ray. My husband doing an easy cycly probably between Hyde and Middlemarch"
From Carol and Ray. This is the end of the line and we were really pleased to have made the trip!
From Glenice C. A welcome rest after a strong head wind
From Glenice C. Great phone coverage. You're never along on the trail.
From Pauline W. Hoar frost on bridge between Lauder and Auripo...awesome views. Rail trail is still fun even at -2deg and in a freezing fog!
