Accommodation Providers Accommodation Ad Pack 1:
For as little as $3.50 plus GST a month, paid annually, advertise your accommodation on www.otagocentralrailtrail.co.nz. Annual fee period June 30 to July 1. First year fee based on months remaining to July 1.
Accommodation Ad Pack 2:
Like Ad Pack 1, only better! For the equivalent of just $5.50 plus GST a month your accommodation is listed PLUS it gets an email response form and an automatically generated ‘thank you’ email with your accommodation's address and phone number sent back to the enquirer. Annual fee period June 30 to July 1. First year fee based on months remaining to July 1.
Accommodation Ad Pack 3:
For an annual fee of $138.00 plus GST (or to put another way, just $11.50 plus GST a month) you have the choice of listing with a click through to either full screen exposure of your accommodation (with electronic or fax booking application form) or, if you have a website, a direct link. For the full screen option, there's an additional one-off $30 plus GST to create the page using your supplied copy points, logo and photographs. The annual fee can also cover having full screen exposure plus a WWW link button to your website. Annual fee period June 30 to July 1. First year fee based on months remaining to July 1.
BONUS TO ACCOMMODATION OFFERING FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS.
If you also offer meals, drinks, etc to Rail Trailers, the cost of Accommodation Ad Pack 2 and Ad Pack 3 includes a ‘Food & Refreshment’ listing. Accommodation Ad Pack 1 advertisers pay an additional $24 plus GST to be also listed on ‘Food & Refreshments’
Food & Refreshment Businesses Option 1:
For just $50 plus GST annually (that’s about $4.00 a month) you get name/address/phone number listing on your township’s Food & Refreshment directory. Annual fee period June 30 to July 1. First year fee based on months remaining to July 1.
Option 2:
For $138.00 plus GST annually your directory listing can have a 'WWW' link button to your website or if you don't have a website page/full screen exposure with email response form ($30 one off fee to write and put up this page). The $138 plus GST fee can cover having full page exposure and website link. Annual fee period June 30 to July 1. First year fee based on months remaining to July 1.
Tour operators, bike hire, buses and other transport Option 1
Listing on main menu (left hand column) with phone number and address (but not website or email) $150 plus GST annually. Annual fee period June 30 to July 1. First year fee based on months remaining to July 1. Bonus listing: where a second business is operated $150 plus GST covers both for a maximum of 2. Examples… Tour Operator and Bike Hire… or Bike Hire and Transport.
Option 2
As per Option 1 but includes email and website link together with full page/full screen exposure if required. One off $30 fee to write and put up this page. For tour operators the $175.00 annual fee includes a tab in the township directory where the business operates. Bonus 'second business' listing as per Option 1 applies. Annual fee period June 30 to July 1. First year fee based on months remaining to July 1.
