Trail Blazers accommodation is a destination in itself! Hosts Anna and Rob’s 850-hectare farm and spacious home have all the making of a unique experience, with the emphasis on fun times for young , old and families alike. Anna's map of walks over the farm take in the best of breathtaking views of the Kakanui and Hawkdun Ranges while Rob's not the least bit sheepish about introducing urban guests to life on a working beef and sheep farm with paddock tours, dog demonstrations and opportunities to feed animals. For those doing the Rail Trail on horseback, Trail Blazers has excellent grazing.

Just 4km from Ranfurly on the road to historic Naseby, Trail Blazers accommodates guests in 4 upstairs Queen bedrooms. Meals and cooked breakfasts are by arrangement with self-caterers welcome to use the large kitchen and outside barbecue. Anna and Rob will pick up and return guests to the Rail Trail at Ranfurly and Wedderburn. To improve the guest experience Anna and Rob have launched into a major garden make-over which for summer 2011/12 will be very much work in porgress.
